To be their official and exclusive distributor in the USA for their coil slitting and scroll cutting lines. With Hengli's acquisition of the Japanese company Sumikura it will provide ICS with the latest and most advanced technology in coil cutting, slitting, and coil handling equipment. Not only for the can making industry but also for the general metal stamping market.
Having the support of one of the largest suppliers of coil cutting and scroll cutting equipment in the world ICS will be able to supply and support its can making customers in the USA and North America.
ICS technical team’s expertise in servicing and installing scroll cutting lines for the can industry gives it the expertise to support and service can makers new and existing scroll cutting line installations.
ICS will be offering a wide range of coil cutting lines from low volume of 50 spm to up to 160 spm lines.
The lower production scroll cutting line modules will provide customers with smaller and multiple production runs a cost effective means to take advantage of the materials savings of using scroll cut vs. straight cut sheets.
